67 (2)Hi everyone,

Yes yes yes… its been a while since I did an entry but life has been quite busy since its back to high season back in work and I also had to amusingly play with my new toy. After much consideration, I bought a new phone for my main line and its a cute iPhone 5 I named Kyoya. Sadly, it seems I have to buy another phone because Namikaze, my old Nokia N8, is starting to show signs that I have to replace its batteries or get a new one. Even my trusty Seiun, my Acer Aspire Timeline X is showing signs of overuse coz of the battery. SO MUCH THINGS TO CONSIDER!

To think its almost Xmas too….

NOOOOOHHH!

Anyway! With Kyoya being at par with my Namikaze on photos, I was able to take some photos while I visited my beloved alma mater yesterday! (NOTE to self, buy a powerpack… urgh)

Its been 2 years at least since I graduated out of college. Tons of things had already happened, and we recently won in UAAP Men’s Basketball again!! yay! ANIMO LA SALLE! Proud to be a Lasallian! The last championship we had was in 2007. I remember it because at that time, i was at campus.

All of the best and darkest times, I experienced while in Taft and well, I would like to retry doing it again. Perhaps next year. Hihihihi!

In this visit, I was joined by my good buddy since my Lasalle days, Abdul. We met on one of our minor classes in La Salle and if I remember right, he also knows a dormmate of mine, whom I should try finding sometime soon. Anyway! I had to go to school because I had to renew my alumni id. I had tried to do it a few months ago but with me having my brother along and I got late due to traffic, I decided to try again this month. Successful attempt it is! Down below are the photos (hosted by photobucket), and captions detailing some of my commentary!

Chapel inside La Salle Hall. Always make it a point to visit
Yuchengco Hall! You can find the coolest Theater ever! Plus the Museum and some of the admin buildings.
Panorama shot (Still learning this) of Henry Sy Hall, Velasco Hall and Taft Avenue… this place used to be our football field.
The Learning Commons found in Henry Sy Hall… the new Library. THE UNFAIRNESS OF IT ALL! WHY NOT WHEN I WAS DOING MY THESIS *sobs in a corner*
I had lunch in the old Zaide/Z2 place, which is now open, and saw my favorite burger man! Gah! I never thought he’d recognize me for so long! He did remember my usual orders. Love you loads Manong!
While eating, we spotted these two from BMS (Business Management Society) for their booth. We were approached too but we told them, sadly, we were not students anymore. Abdul and I had so much smiles when we saw these two. Talk about dedication!
This is La Casita Canteen now, took this on my way out. It looks like a bistro now! NOOOHH!

Lol, I did not linger that much in La Salle since Abdul and I had some places to go to. Sigh, why did all these changes happen exactly after we graduated… Sigh. I dashed out to go get some errands for my sister and went to the mall to have my haircut (which looked like Harry Potter’s nest-like hair if you know what I mean). I had my usual fill in Vanilla Cupcake Bakery! Really cute place they got so you guys should go there!

Vanilla Cupcake Bakery is found in the second floor of Trinoma, near Aerosoles and Fred Perry

To cap off my entry for the day, I managed to snag these from @cakeproject (IG) for some of the hardest to get foods while in this country. She has a lot of variety of treats for your sweet tooth, snacks from both the East and West. I also gotten teas from Abdul as a late birthday gift. Brand is new to me so I will definitely find this interesting. Definitely will try others soon, but right now, work! See you guys soon!

Gifts from my friend. Apparently this is the English Tea Shop’s Christmas Blends
Goodies from @cakeproject in IG, visit her for your sweet tooth cravings
